Oil Breather?
Whats the idea behind an oil breather? how does it help the cars performance and does it affect gas mileage? my gas mileage has dropped dramatically since i put in the oil breather and octane booster? so wats up wit oil breathers guys?

1)PCV, no breather.
2)No PCV, 2 breathers
3)Crankcase evac.
With EFI those are your three options. I'm guessing you have a cluster**** of 1&2? That'll do it.
The only time PCV + breather is an option is carbed.
Why would you use octane boost? You shouldn't have a need for it.
