motorcraft it is, while im at it what plugs are best for our year cars?i was told motorcraft...ive always used cheap bosch plugs on everything

haha but it doesnt look like that anymore. got back from walmart and got motor craft it was actually cheaper than the mini sized fram filter!

I know you guys all know this **** but think long & hard before changing to synthetic oil in a vehicle that's never run it before. I did it @ 10,000 miles on a nice restored car that used to have a " imroned & detailed " undercarrige& have been chasing leaks for the last 3 weeks..What sucks is I changed back to regular oil & the leaks are still there, getting a little better but the synthetic cleaned out some crud that was sealing some gaskets ect..GD mistake..

FYI, that smaller filter that walmart told you to use is the Police Package filter. it is the one I have to use in order to use my magnetic oil filtration.

I used that stuff in my truck 6 months ago usuallly by know the oil is yucky but I pulled the dipstick out and it was clean as a whistle if that means anything so for so good.I just bought another 5 quarter to go back in it so i think it will be aright......

yeah i have heard about synthetics making stuff leak, i kinda forgot about that, i hope i dont start leaking now.
funny thing is the wal mart info comp says the 4 and 8 both take that filter for at least 85 and up, but 81 takes the larger one. but for motor craft i shows the full size filter for all years.
well if i dont notice any diff with the full synthetic i prolly wont get it again. doesnt sound or feel any differant right now
