the bottom right hose he is showing there, with the silver piece in the end of the hose, thats the PCV valve. i dont have my SD car anymore so i cant remember, but if your missing a hose from that tree on the firewall, i'd guess it goes there. vacuum source spot doesn't really matter, as long as the hose is the same size that its supposed to be.

The tree is completely connected. I know that there is a open fitting under the intake, it's the same spot that he shows in the photo of the intake with the hose and the metal piece on the end of that hose but yet there is no hose it's just open fitting but, the fitting is slightly bigger than that on the Bap sensor. =/
