Default Which Intake? Trick Flow or GT-40?

I have a 1995 5.0 and am looking to get a lower/upper intake system, and was wondering if the trick flow street or track heat is better than the gt-40 intake? does anyone know which one flows/performs better? thanks

Oh by the way, I have mac shorty headers, mac off-road h-pipe, dual flowmaster 40's, 3.73 gears, cold air intake, aluminum driveshaft, and underdrive pulleys. looking for more upgrades!

look's better????if you are going for looks just polish you stock intake, but if you want power get either trickflow or eldebrock, the best intakes have sqaure intake runners [eldebrock, trick flow, holley systemax, proffesinal products, bbk and the lower hp number intakes have circle runners [stock,gt40,cobra,etc.] but your money your car go with what you like

I would go with the Trick flow intake but don't forget the stock heads are now going to be the bottleneck in your system and need to be upgraded to take full advantage of the new intake.
