Default Weird fuel pressure change because of new pump?

Something weird happened when i put my new pump in everything went smoothly but a couple of days after the pump install the car started acting funny like when i would start it up sometimes it would bog down and i would have to rev it a little to smooth out the idle. The fuel pressure i checked before the pump install and had it set to like 41-42 psi vaccum line disconnected. I checked it today and it was way too high imo it was at like 44-46 vaccum line disconnected and it was about 38 psi with the line on. I don't think the 255lph pump would have changed my fuel pressure would it? I set it back to 41 with the line disconnected until i get my tune.

Have you checked to make sure your FPR is working properly? Have you checked the injectors?

I tested the injectors with the actron ford scanner cylinder balance test.

Did you set your fuel pressure when your old pump was weak?
