there should be two bolts holding the rail to the intake manifold loosen those and wiggle the rail from side to side that will get the injectors out of the manifold then just rock them back and forth to get them out of the rail. When you reinstall them put a thin coat of vaseline on the orings so u dont rip them putting them back in.

From the fuel rail... the fuel injector is just push up into the rail. the O ring hols it in place. then the injector pops into manifold with another O ring.
Then the wire harness is attached to the fuel injector. The fuel rail is held by two bolts on either side.
When you remove the injectors, take the bolts on the rail out first then while the injector pull one by one out.
If there's fuel in the line try not to remove the injectors from the rail until you have all of them out of the manifold. Then you can pull the injectors out, watch out for gas...
