Default hi-flow cats comparison

just wondering if the magnaflow hiflow x-pipe would be the best, my number one concern is want to legally pass smog, i live in california, and i know for a fact that the mag x-pipe w/hi-flow cats WILL pass smog.....but what about bbk hi flows, or any other brand? is magna flow the best in x-pipe w/cats? performance wise? and MUST pass smog legally and i want cats, cuz highway patrol are up to date on everything out here....any ideas? thanks
