Default Rear End gear Oil

What is a good wt gear oil to put back there?

Also for the tranny T5 5 Spd?

80/90 in the rear end and ATF in the tranny not shure about friction modifier in the rear end

@ pro...sorry dude but the best stuff is a GM product...gm sythedic mesh fliud for the trans

I like redline it's used widely in the trucking industry and they log million plus miles in those rear without a problem...

What does the friction stuff do for the rear end, does it help the trac loc not where out so quick.
