Hi all. I was supposed to pick up some BBKs tomorrow for my GT40P heads, but apparently they aren't BBKs, they're macs. Anybody have any clue if these work on P heads? Here are some pics:

No, you were told wrong. FMS, BBK, and Mac all have shorty headers that will work with GT40Ps.

They have regular and P specific unequal shorties.

but they're so expensive.

I'll buy them if the regular mac shorties will work...but I can't find anywhere on the net that says they do. I'm probably going to end up buying some BBK unequal shorties becuase they do work.

since they are used, why dont you tell the guy to let you test fit em and if they'll work you'll buy em.

my $.02 the MAC were a pain in **** to install. and do NOT buy used ones.....Needed for install: header gasket, Socket wrench, crowbar, an assistant, a drill to bore out holes so they line up to the bolt holes better, 4 asprine,and a fargginmiracle. I ended up ultimately going with BBK with solid flange and they were a45 minute complete install...

I have the equal lenght and they fit. doesnt really help you thought. I would guess they would fit. Try them out. Call up Mac or send them an email.
