Pro Topline has now become RHS, owned by Comp Cams. From what I heard, either the Pro Toplines or the RHS's are good heads. Though if you have a 302 and those heads you're getting have 200cc intake ports, they are way, WAY too big for what you have.

Edelbrock's Performer/Performer RPM heads are decent heads, and will work with what you got. You'd be best off keeping them.

These are true RHS heads.
I just ordered same set.
Included upgraded springs for big lift cam.

Yes stay away for the New Zealand made Pro Topline stuff.
They confused all the time with old Pro Comp heads, which are now RHS heads and owned by the CompCams Co.

I had a BBK intake at one time too. Was VERY unimpressed.
Keep the explorer intake, actually a pretty good intake.
