Its an aftermarket Cobra grille insert. Most of the Mustang parts companies (50 Resto, etc) sell one.
All that had to be done to fit it was cutting off the crossbar of the stock grille with a cutoff wheel.
This grille fits over the bumper a little and will stick to the sides and bottom with double sided tape and to the top edge with a screw or plastic plug on each side.
Its going to look like it does in the pic except it will be painted the color of the body and will have the chrome running horse emblem in it.

i would work on full exhaust and stiffenin the car up with new subs, upper and lower control arms, stpings ,s t brace , some gears, new shifter, pulleys c a i,

Thanks for te ideas! To answer some of the questions, this is a GT not the LX. Asfor pictures Im working on it, bring the car home todayand will get pics on asap. In response to some of the posters, I try not to ask the same old questions but i do[8D]so I try to chance them up alittle

. In response to 2 Kwik and the pistures of your car, DAMN!!!! Thats nice. If anyone has anymore ideas for cosmetic work let me know.
