Default hp loss

what would the hp loss in a 95 GT with the AODE built to handle 500hp, 3000stall, with a VB or shiftkit?

there is so many arguments for this topic. some say that you shouldnt even use percentages but a fixed amount. a better built tranny wont loose as much hp to heat and friction

well i do have a tranny cooler its an b&m- 14,400BTU...that should help some. hmmm c02 ROFL
