Default Deep Dish Rims

I am leaning towards this deep dish wheel for my rear: http://www.mustangtuning.com/deepdish2.html

The front wheels are 18x9 with a 5.95" backspace (+24mm offset) and the rear are 18x10 with a 6.3" backspace (+22mm offset).

Anyone know what the best size tire and name brand would be to rap these on?
I want something that's sticky, but in case I get caught in the rain it has to be okay for that as well.
My thoughts are 265/35/18 in back and 255/35/18 in front.
Will those rub or hang out too far? Can I go wider than that and still clear?

well it depends on the offset of the rim. A buddy of mine has the waffle pony rims which i dont know the offset but 255 are the widest he can go. The fronts rub a bit and the rears are almost rubbing on his exhaust pipes but they are 3 inch.

Personally. I don't think a 265 would look good on a 10" wheel. I would try everything that you could to run a 275+.

I have the stock 16x7 on my car, and I have 245, so I imagine you could easily fit 275 on front and 315+ on back. If you so desire.

The people who sell the rim say 285 in rear and 275 in front and the mph should not be too far off with that combo.
The Goodyear Eagle F1's I currently have on the car are 245/45/17's and they have lasted over 40k miles and do very well on rainy days.
They seem to do the best in the overall rating, except snow of course.
I may get them again from TireRack... $257 for the rear, $235 for front tires.

Now for brakes?...
