No, I didnt pull out any timing. Really, I didnt tweak the motor at all, no plugs no nothing. Nitrous is a whole differant new ballgame for me. Me and dad threw it on one weekend, and we've just kinda been experimenting with it since.

At the track, I didnt spray till I hit second gear due to excessive tire spin without the bottle (bald tires, slicks next).

That big a shot I'd be pulling some timing out our you may end up pulling a motor..extreme sounding but very true.

Sorry if I wasnt clear. The second it hits 2nd gear is when I hit the button. If I get slicks, I'll spray right outta the hole.

Dude just it from the line. I mean if you didn't try to tune your car to the NOS (regap plugs, Colder plugs, reset timing, Fuel pressure) why not just hit from the line. If you take time to do it right, you and the car will perform better.

NOS is a great inexpenseive power adder but like any mod you do half *** it will tear an engine up.

I installed my first NOS system three years ago and with the help of the SEARCH tap on this board and NITROS BOB took my car from 14.2 to 13.3 and never had a problem.
