hello just wondering if it really is worth 2 convert my 88gt 2 the 5 lug. I am wanting 2 buy new cobra R wheels for it so just wanting 2 know from some of ya out there if u would recomend or not THANKS

You can buy the Cobra R's in 4 lug at americanmuscle.com and a few other places.

Yes its worth it, because not only should you switch over to 5 lug but you should also up grade to bigger and better brakes in the process. You would be killing two birds with on stone.

I think its worth it.
I hope to find out if the brakes are as much of an improvement over stock as Ive read they are once my car is driveable again.

I did the swap for the brakes- I was fine with the Pony wheels.

i did the conversion, and i would have to say...unless you want bigger brakes, its definatly not worth it. you can just about get any style tire you want in 4 lug now days.
