its impossible to get the pulley off, i put the hex key in and it was tight as hell, couldnt turn it, so i got a long tube that i have sitting around the garage for leverage and i bent the hex key, so i dont see that thing coming off. A buddy of mine told me that it was pressed on...dont know how true that is but i do know that that bitch aint comin off

It is pressed on, your buddy was right. You'll need to get a p/s pulley remover, bolt it back onto the bracket, and put the bracket in a vice since it's off the car now. The puller has a sort of u shaped "cup" that slips over the lip on the center of the pulley, and as you screw a bolt in, it presses it off the pump. To reinstall it you have to get a bolt that threads into the shaft on the pump, and a nut on the bolt with a washer, put the pulley on, thread the bolt/nut/washer in, and get the bolt in as tight as you can get it, then holding the bolt you run the nut down so you're pressing the washer against the pulley, hold the bolt with one wrench and turn the nut with the other, and EVENTUALLY the pulley will get pressed all the way back on. Just make sure you get it completely on. And YES, it is a pain in the rump....one more reason I ain't got p/s
