that car was at carlisle this past weekend...it didnt sound healthy... and it was complete with a ding in each door and the pass. rear quarter....and supposely the top has never been used...i wonder if the motors are still good?

Its a great looking car no doubt - but as soon as somebody decides to drive it there are bound to be seals that wake up and say "hey, I'm not good anymore" [:@] Plus, who wants a motor with 23 year old oil in it [&:] That was about stupid!!! No way I would time-capsule a car like that and allow it to get dinged [:'(]
Whooaa.....something doesn't add up. Look down the page of pictures at the one that is looking into the open drivers door - itshows part of the inner fender liner of the rear wheel - it has white paint on it. That should be black shouldn't it[&:]
And wasn't 85 the first year for the EFI on the AOD cars [&:]

85 was the last year of the Holley carbs on the t-5 cars, but 85 AOD cars had a throttle body type EFI, not a carb. This 84 in question has an 85 EFI lid on the air cleaner - so I was wondering if that was legit for the 84 AOD's [&:]
