My car idles high sometimes but I just messed with the TPS and cleaned out the TB, that helps some and I had an exhaust leak.

My clutch seems to be slipping as well, but I am hoping it's just the cable not engaging, since my clutch pedal sits low and doesn't come back all the way.

Can you smell your clutch burning?

I can smell mine if I step on it (I did that in 4th and my rpms shot up to like7 grand, let's just say I didn't do that again). I just got a new cable and going to put that in and hold the fixes it. If not it's time for a new clutch.
