Supercharger Opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: Supercharger Opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pro-Charger and Vortech are both great for people who are prepared to run upper rpm ranges to achieve maximum benefit. Kenne Bell systems work good through the entire power curve and even at high boost ranges are usually very streetable. Twin screws produce more heat which is a downside, but like I stated above, they are almost instant on. Centrifugals require quite a bit of spin to get to the proper abdiatic curve to produce power. It all depends on what you plan on doing. People are turning more and more to Pro-Charger for the centri applications it seems. I have been pro-Vortech for a long time.

Procharger is best hands down, but also cost the most
Vortech is good middle of the road system
Kennebell wont make as much top-end power but will have more off the line power.
btw: you can do a turbo for same cost and make more power.

LoL. if you ask5 different people which S/C is the "best" you'll probably get 5 different answers. But it's probably safe to say that all 5 will tell you to stay the F away from Powerdyne.
Personally, I love Procharger. I run a Procharger S/C on my 95 GT and it looks, sounds, and works great. Wasn't too expensive either... $2.521 for the kit with free shipping.
There's a link in my sig showing what it looks and sounds like at idle.

I was in your same situation about 3 months ago. I was liking the prochargers for the longest time, I think it is the best option of all 3. The only thing that stopped me from getting one was the price. I picked up a Vortech V-1 S-trim for $1475 complete. Kenne Bells are neat I suppose, I saw one run down at the track and really wasn't impressed with its performance though.
