I don't do burnouts a lot but when I want to do one I have no problem doing it. I think brake stands are a lot harder on a car than a normal burnout. Like stated, these cars were made to burn rubber, if you dont do anything stupid you probably wont hurt your car.

On a second note, i love when Adder pulls out sideways and then bogs second gear ahh, the good old 3.08 gear days.

I like to do them every once in awhile, but sadly I can't until I get my clutch fixed - [:@]

how long is too long? more then like 15 or 20 seconds?
Too long would be when you start to grindthe street with yournew ponies. We have a tire place right up the street that sells their used tires for $30 a pair! That provides plenty of cheap ammunition for myextra set of wheels. Just have to keep on keepin on.

burnouts are no question hard on clutch(if stick) transmission driveshaft/ujointsrear end brakes and definetly tires, BUT what the hell thatsall replaceable just dont be stupid. Theres no doubt that im not gonna lay a patch or 2 when my car is done, but its like everything else action = reaction

Only thing I've ever done besides ruin tires is break a motor mount... but it was likely going anyways
