just in case have a ratcheting tie down handy to get the rear end moved around to align the bolt holes, or a friend that can kick on the rear for a while till it lines up

jack the car up and put the body on jackstands at the subframes where the rear end can hang loose. then you can use a floor jack under the control arm and remove the rear control arm bolt and the lower shock mounting bolt and ease it down to let the spring down without needing a spring compressor. once the spring is loose, remove it and then get the front lower control arm bolt out and change the arm putting front bolt in first, then spring, then jack up arm until bolt hole lines back up and insert bolt and reinstall shock bolt. do same on other side and after lowers are on, support center of rear with jack and change out upper arms one side at a time.
