Default HEADERS, BBK OR MAC

Im gonna buy headers shortly just wondering wich is the best, and should i go with equal lenght or unequal. I'm wanting shorties, I have a x pipe also. I do believe equal headers will bolt up 2 my x pipe if i have shorties on right.

I would go with equal length shorties from BBK. But that's just me..

Equalsmay burn your plug wires...and I heard the gain is not so big between the two anyway

I am replacing my MACs with BBK...I originally got the MAC HTS coated...they rusted in less than a year! I am actually going to throw them on eBay this weekend

This time I did it right with the ceramic shorties from BBK...

I have headers on my truck. They are Dynomax BlackJack LongTube. Daily driver and havent rusted to awful bad yet. I ordered the same thing for my car just this weekend. For the price I dont think you can beat them. And to save a few bucks, you can always buy any painted header and repaint them with a ceramic paint yourself. I like the long tubes, for the sound preference, but I'm thinking I made a mistake of ordering long tubes for the stang just for the fact it may be a pain to put them in.

I really like my unequal ceramic bbk shorties. They were easy to install and look pretty good too.

I have BBK coated shorties too and they look and sound great. I have also read that some people have trouble because the MAC headers dont have a solid welded flange and sometimes dont bolt up level.
