Default Cant get car to stop running hot.

I have tryed everything to stop my car from running hot. I have replaced the thermostat, new fan, new water pump, had the radiator cleaned and checked, flushed the motor. It's circulating the fluid. I am sure I could use a oversized radiator but It has always ran with this one in it before. It will run up to 220 or 230 without a thermostat. What else can I do?

I put on a flexlight fat because I thought the origional fan clutch was bad. So I hav tryed both the original fan and a flexlight fan on it.

It will run hot sitting in the drive or going down the road doesnt seem to really make a difference.

Brand new cap. Yes it seems to. Will the timing make it run hot?
