347, supercharge, or turbo?
as some may remember, i've been thinkin a 347 would be nice. However i think i'd like to hear what all of you have to say.
When i turn 18(october) ill be gettin some $$$ and i'd like to spend no more than $2500 on the car but i know it'll be more, the rest will be for college. With only the mods in sig, what would be the best build for me.
Car has 155,000 miles on it, it will be re-built eitherwith this money.
It is a daily driver that will see track time about once a month or less, mostly street racing.
I will need all of the supporting mods to purchase as well such as a maf, and new fuel pump.
What would be the best build for me keeping me close to my budget?
Thanks all

RE: 347, supercharge, or turbo?
if u wanna say in you budget the just rebuild hte engine a throw a h/c/i on.. that will be over you 2500 as it is..... and u have to get new heads to have a 347/s/c or t/c worth while... and those are all 3k+ mods... if u do you own machining the 347 is the cheapest... if u dont there all the same if dont correctly.... if u wanna know which is the best it would be betwenn the turbo and the 347... its weather u want all engine or not... turbo will get better gasmileage tho... but more cubies is more fun... i say u get 10grand buy a dart block stroke it to 347 with a nice h/c/i and throw a turbo on it and get yourself 750hp and at least that much torque is not a lot more... but sereiously non of these project will cost ne where near close too 2.5k... if u get lucky ull be able to keep them just over 3k... and thats with no support mods and no engine rebuil kit or the cost of ne work ne1 does on it for u... so if u dont wanna spend much more than 2.5k then stick with a rebuild and a h/c/i
