are 87-93 gt trunk lids the same as lx ones?

are 87-93 gt trunk lids the same as lx ones?
im curious since i have a gt wing off a 88 and it doesnt look like it will go on a lx without drilling holes and patching holes from the lx wing. anyone know for sure?

so basically its alot of trouble putting a gt wing on a lx with out the whole hatch, right?

Yeah, you'd have to weld up and do bodywork wherethe LX holes were and drill the GT holes.
I was thinking about putting a GT wing on my LX but decided not to bother.

me too now, maybe ill hang onto the wing icase i run across a wingless gt hatch,lol
