mineis my 1st car and i used it as a daily driver for 2 years, loweredwith 17'sand low pro tires on New England roads,it wanst bad but if i were to do it again i would have kept stock rims to help the ride out a bit. 300 miles to a tank is possible but i always drove hard so it never happend.

for the last8 months ive beenusing it less and less, the more you mod it the less daily miles you'll want to put on it,it doesnt even see the rain much anymoreand trying to drive in the snow was more trouble than its worth

PJB, most RWD cars are bad in the rain. From my understanding it's mostly because unlike a FWD you don't have a whole lot of weight ontop of the driving wheels of the car.

I drive my 90 as a dd. It's a fun car to drive.Enough soto counter the gas milage, but it just depends on how you drive it. I won't say these cars are as much "bad" in the rain as the are FUN in the rain.

I daily drive mine and I only drive in stop and go traffic, which is great because I get to always accelerate through the gears, but mileage is a draw back for me. Great car to drive and it is very fun as well.

I daily drove mine for 2 years. Its lowered with 17s. I got 18-22 mpg so it wasnt too bad, but with gas now I don't think I would be able to afford it. I enjoyed driving it everyday though, it wasnt that bad of a drive. It wasn't fun in the rain though. So I say its up to your budget and area where you u live.

What type of driving did you do (city or highway) and what gears were in the car?

to wake it up, much better acceleration, 3.73s or 3.55s for a 5 speed. I have 3.73s and I love them. That would be my recommendation.
