question about gt40 aluminum

question about gt40 aluminum
so i found some gt40 aluminum heads for 350 complete with roller rockers. are these the same heads you see on ebay for 1200 for the swap kit? and how much horses will these add to 306. and do you know if you can put bigger valves in them. they have 1.94.
