RE: aluminum radiator
I wouldn't waste my money on an Aluminum 3 row, they're too damn expensive. I had to think about this also when my stock 2 core decided to spring a leak in a spot that I couldn't braze it at. I picked up a newbronze (came painted a nice glossy black) 3 row radiator from my work for like $150, it dropped my running temperature a considerable amount. If I were you I'd just go with a bronze 3 row radiator from your local auto parts store.

RE: aluminum radiator
summit has cheaper aluminum radiators. i bought one and it was too thick. the extra 8 rib belt/pulley set up for the sc cuts down on extra space. didnt matter tho because even if it had fit, the radiator was warped really bad. i made them pay for return shipping and refund my money. looks like the guy was in a huge hurry and welded it all up at once

RE: aluminum radiator
Not to jack the thread but luckythirteen13, I had the same problem tryin to use a big aluminum Griffon 2 Core in my 1990 stang with a xtreme black magic cooling fan. Pulley was like 1-3cm from fan shroud, almost kissing under torque....need a higher flow radiator to fix a slight overheating issue, any thoughts on where to find one... Already got a 160 stat, hi flow weiland waterpump, and the electric fan.......
