I started to use one back in the day on my first 4cyl swap attempt - the input shaft either needed to be changed or their woulda had to been a conversion type pilot bearing used or something (it was a long time ago). either way I didnt use it because its soooo weak

I used one for about a year.I couldn't afford a new one.And couldn't find a good used one.Finaly found one so I thought.Turned out it was out of A 4cyl.After spending $350.00 on a trans i got f***** on could afford to buy another one.All I had to do was change the yolk on the driveshaft to get the trans fluid to stop leaking from the tailshaft.The diameter of the yolks is slightly diffrent.It also throws off the gear ratio big time.Instead of being able to take second gear to 90mph it would only go to 55mph.

4 banger t5 really isnt that much weaker. my friend who lived here this summer had his 5.0 swap with all 4 banger driveline and it had been running that way for over a year. don't expect to be able to powershift and **** with it, but you really shouldnt expect to powershift a stock world class either. btw i think some saab pilot bearing is used to fit it. not sure which.

not sure lol but i had 273's in my car and in second i was able to do 70ish tachin out at 5k+ish tho

I am very very abusive on my cars.I have 2.73's 90 mph at 6,000.And no it doesn't accelerate quicker like you think.You lose your power curve and have to shift differently.You would think faster acceleration but just isn't.I still have the trans sitting in the garage for and emergancy spare if I need it.
