Report the incident giving her name and friends, let the cops do the dirty work. Get a lawyer or somethin, sue if you can afford it. Court/restraining order for her whatever. Repaint. All the while keep tabs on your Stang and keep your ears open.

Nseoi is right, dont do anything to her car or say anything to her or her friends, it can everything worse and she wont leave you alone. Dont even talk to her. If shes a pyscho like my ex was talking to her will make her think shes winning and will not leave you alone. Been there done that.

Look at it this way, she couldve taken a bat to your Stang instead of nail polish so hopefully she isnt the violent type.

Sorry for your lesson in "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". Good luck on getting that off and I hate if you have to repaint because that Hood just wont look the same. Get a phone recorder and see if you can get her on tape bragging about it, so you have a case in court. There is alot more that can be done to your car and she has proven she is that type of person, so don't go for the payback for at least 6 months. And get a locking gas cap.

Try WD-40, that took spray paint off of my friends car, i have used it to remove tar, but not sure about nail polish?? I know it didn't harm my paint when I have used it. Good Luck

just talked to a pro on paint. said that if your paint is from the factory you can use things like laquer thinner, paint remover... in lite intervals. he said be easy with it, so just poor it on a rag and use that. but if its aftermarket paint then dont do it

Cops told me I can't do anything because there is absolutly no proof. I've washed the car but nothing came off. And I'm not really going to go after her honda, because she know's I'm a car guy and if I do something to her, Nail polish is the least of my worries. I'll try a couple of your idea's today thanks.

I can't record her. I live in California and that's illigle, unless I specify that she is being recorded prior to us talking. As for the Gas cap, I already had one (she's not the only person who doesn't like me).
