I just read a article in Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords and I have a 88 Mustang LX and I was wondering if any of you have droped your tranny and sent it there for to be rebuilt with Geforce or Bull Dog parts, because I am thinking about doing it.</P>

go a head but i dont think your car makes that much horsepower so a tremec would cover it.

but its cheaper than a tremec, cause you send them your t-5 tranny and they do all the servicing for a 1000.

there is additional priceing that goes along with that. just give them a call i did. i read the same article and decide i would call them. the tremec was cheaper.

yes true. the geforce trannys look tuff but hey i dont put out boocoos of horse power so a world class t-5 or tremec would be fine for me.

You also need a different bellhousing with the tremec. In my opinion, do the g-force and be done with it. No matter what amount of horsepower you end up with, its going to handle it, and the article said it feels right at home with powershifting.
