Default Oil Leak?? Anyone?

Have a 1990 5.0 GT with a powerdyne 6 (Really never more then 5) PSI blower, I know they suck but came with the car. Anyways shortly after I got it last year, I had to replace the intake gasket because it was leaking behind the block. Replaced the gaskets, rtv, and was good for a while. Then a combination ofwhat looked like the valve cover(s) leakingand rear main took out my clutch. Replaced the clutch, valve cover gaskets with metal and rubber onesand rear main. Had overheating issues after the intake was done, so I installed a weiland hi flow waterpump, 160 stat, and a flex a lite xtreme black magic electric cooling fan. No radiator due to fitment issues with the new fan shroud and the blower pulley on the crank almost touching. And now I find myself having to replace the intake gaskets again not a year later.. Don't drive that spirited usually, and it appears to be leaking between the pass cylinder head and the intake manifold, almost as if the manifold was slid in place and not placed. Anyone see anything like this before?? Don't want to have to replace intake gaskets every year er so..Wondering if this is a common problem with blown vehicles, never had a blower before so don't know.. but I know breather system is flowing good, so not backing up block pressure and causing a problem..

You sure it's not a head gasket leaking? From one tech to another I'd spray the area down with brake clean and run it for a week and recheck. Otherwise maybe something isn't true and a bit warped. Was it torqued to spec? From the center out?

Just throwing out some ideas. My motor leaked from every place it could plus had a blow by problem so I pulled it and rebuilt. IT isn't that bad getting these motors out of the car. Maybe pull it and get a master gasket set and reseal it.

Side note: I've been told 160 t-stats are bad and a 180 should be used. The 160 doesn't let the engine temp get high enough for the ECM to come out of enriched mode, making you run rich and lose a bit of power.
