Default proper way to widen intake inlet passage

ok i have a 75mm tb and i havea cobra intake so its onyl 70mm last time i check so i need to widen it 5mm total... whats the best way... a dremel?? is it just at thro the tb on there then take a pencil a trace around the tb on the intake and dremel it on to the line and smooth it in from there?? if a dremel is used what kind of attachments?? if nto a dremel then what??... also ne1 know how long this would take??

CNC Mill...

Or... You can hack on it with just about anything and get it close... Dremel would be an option.

i got an uncle with 2 milling machines and he also has access to a cnc machine so i guess i should run this buy him he mite know what to do

Once you start getting in there you wont want to stop. i started opening mine up and i got so into it i just went thru and started Smoothing it all out in the inside. just to get out any imperfections. I didnt Port anything else tho.

From what I read if you decide to do it yourselfyour best bet is to stuff the intake with paper towel and use a dremel. When your done just use a vaccum and suck out the metal flakes

lol it is off... its being painted rite now.. black and red... im doing a h/c/i and a painting job on everything
