you should be able to. find a half-*** inspection shop that looks like they wouldn't give a damn.

Why fix it? im lazy and now i dont have to bend over pull the lever to let my kid in the back, lol

well i was just wondering because if i ever got hit or something, i dont want my head to hit the wheel. does the seat belt lock when you hit the brakes?

I agree with you on that.


...........and yes the seatbelts should lock when you hit the brakes hard enough.
