Default Heat range

Ok ever since i changed my plugs it seems i lost hp there gapped at correct specs i think what it is- is there too cold of plugs. Can you guys tell me what plugs i should use summit is just down the street give me a p/n from there and ill go give them a try and let me know what you gap them at.My car is a 87 lx 5.0 SD motor.any help would be great.
