Default nitrous questions

ok i heard alot of stuff about what pistons and rings and such can handle nitrous and well i was wondering if this would work
stock style flatop pistons bored .40

3k on the engine

and how much does just a bottle alone usually cost?
how much does everything but the bottle usually cost?
what would be the most i can run and what would be a good kit. im not wanting to get like a huge shot or anything im mostly wanting to get for the purge.

If you're looking at a nitrous kit just because you want to be able to purge, then you're looking at it for th wrong reason.

Although I'm against it and think it's 100% rice... if you really want to simply purge and not actually spray nitrous, you can buy a fake purge kit for $159. It's basically nothing but a bottle, the lines, a switch, and a solenoid that will open and let you purge. If you realy want to go cheap, then you can even fill it with CO2 instead of nitrous.

Like i said, I think it's stupid and pointless. Why purge if you can't back it up? But if that's someone's only goal, why waste $450 on a full nitrous kit?

www.nitrousdealer.com

There's a ricer in town who has a 10 doll purge kit.. He puts a hose through a air horn to his grille and keeps it upside down and it purges and doesnt make a noise..
