10k per cat is a federal law, it has been in place since 1974.
no states are exempt, inspections or not.

I wouldnt even do that. just buy high flowing cats and deal with it. They stop testing cars in illinois 1995 and older. so im getting an o/r x pipe soon

ight thanks i just put on my offroad h and was wondering what the chances are a cop would pull me over over for no cats =P which all my friends say is unlikly
