Generally the only wheels that I'll do a static balance on are the chrome and polished ones that I don't want to mess up the finish on. But any other wheels I'll just do a normal dynamic balance on. But yes, just like everyone else says, you need to get your drag radials balanced.

sticky weights aren't a static balance. a static balance is when its only weighted on the inside half.
