Default Wiring harness

Hey guys, me again. I boughta 5.0HO along with a T-5 and some other stuff however i need an engine harness for the engine (obviously). The fuel injection harnes is there, but nothing else. The engine is a 1988, is there a certain harness year i have to buy? or will any 87-93 harness work? Also what is the A9P ECM?
I am looking at a harness along with the A9P computer that was pulled form a '92, but i wanna make sure it will work. Also as far as the car the engine and such is going into, it isa 1990 Mazda RX7. Basicaly just gonna have the engien run itself off the ECM and what not then go with a complete custom gauge setup, so dont worry about the tach, speedo, or really any other sensors for that matter.

Thanks, again...

So, if i understand what is going on... The 87-89 are speed density and the 90+ are MAF?

I do not want to wire any extra stuff or anything like that. So does the 88 engine jus use a MAP rather than MAF or what? I want to do the easiest possible thing!

88 is speed density, rather that is 86-88. 89+ use MAF. do u plan on extensive mods to the car?depending on the answer to that question, and what exactly, speed density may be fine for you. however it may not. which means MAF is the way to go
