Manual Steering Rack??

RE: Manual Steering Rack??
Well I decided to get a second opinion just for the hell of it and this is the response I got.......
"Fox Mustangs were available with manual steering through 1984, so no need for a Granada rack, although it may actually be the same part. Some people have used them in road race cars, but they have a very slow ratio. They are about 4 turns lock-to-lock with a 25:1 ratio, compared to 2.2 turns l-to-l and 15:1 for the later power racks."
Good thing I did get a second opinion huh. A rack with 4 turns LTL and 25:1 ratio does not sound all that great for a road car does it?!?!? Thats why I was asking this information and could get no response on it.
