With what you have now, you'd probably benefit from a tune. But keep in mind that once you change things, you'll most likely have to get it tuned again. Again, i would either wait until you are done modding the engine to get a tune or I would get a handheld tuner and do it myself.

I like that idea. How difficult would it be to learn how to tune your own car. I have good computer skills and am technically inclined. What tuner do you use and what can it do? Thanks.

SCT multi tuned custom chip here as well. Different levels for different conditions. Def the way to go. Stay away from the mail order stuff as everyone has already pcecified!

On top of the tweecer, you need a lap top and I think you need a wide band also don't you? But it is a good investment. Is there a pretty big learning curve? Say I went and bought the tweecer this weekend, do you think that I could have it set up and tuned in a day?

Yeah it's a step learning curve, but if you already have an understanding on how an engine and how the computer works, then you'll have a huge headstart. You're not going to get it done in a day, but you can get started and you can play round with small changes here and there.

I do like being able to take a MAF set to any injector size and setting it up to use a different injector size. That has already saved me a fair amount of cash.
