Okay, it's making a little more sense now. Make sure you used the proper product to clean the MAF. Swapping out the O2 sensors is also a good idea. If you're ahving idle problems, it wouldn't hurt to remove the IAC and clean it with somne carb cleaner. That should be easy to remove and replace. You could always check your TPS voltage, but that may not be necessary right away.
Usually if you have bad O2 sensors, you will get a CEL that goes off and on at seemingly random times.

i've never seen a CEL flash on and off from o2's. EVP, yes, o2, no.
and we only have 2 o2s, 96+ have 4, the two after the cats are for monitoring catalyst efficiency. we dont have that.

bingo... my CEL light does come off and on randomly. the guy said it could be the voltage. i haven't checked it yet cause i just bought a new volt meter and it didn't come with batt [:@]

As stated above, you only have two. Both are precat. The OBDII cars have 4 sensors.

i dunno tho guys... ive had an o2 w. a cut wire, and no light for me... my cel doesnt come on for anything... i dont even know that i have one

also, the o2 socket isn't necessary, but it helps with other cars. a 22mm wrench is all you need. unplug the sensor before you start taking it out, so you don't twist the wiring.
also, during the re-install, dont plug them in until they're tight, for the same reason.
