I dunno but I had a different car that had bad 02 sensor and it would hesitate at part throttle but at WOT it was fun...just cruisng rpm and then givin it part throttle would do that.

pop off your distributor cap, and make sure everything is perfectly dry and clean under there. Something could be messing with you spark!!

is there some way that i can be sure that its the o2 sensor? is itfairly cheap?would it be best to just take it somewhere to get it checked?

o2 sensors are about $50 each.. did you change ur fuel filter yet? and premium fuel shouldnt do anything for a hesitation.. if ur engine pings (makes a nasty charrteing sound when floored) then premium will prob help you out cuz ur timing was bumped (happened to me) but def change that filter and check if you have propper fuel pressure. oh and clean the MAF anyway
