trick flow roller rocker help please

trick flow roller rocker help please
i am installing my trick flow roller rockers and we found that u are suppose to go to zero lash and then 1/2 turn after that, but my question is what to do with the middle allen head screw? is this a locker i am not sure what we are suppose to do. ne help as soon as possible is great.
