Coilover spring rate????

I am looking to buy coilovers for the back of my car and I am not sure what length and weight spring I need to get? I am only taking the car to the track every once in a while, It is mostly going to be a car cruise car. I am looking to get 12" 130 lbs. springs. Will these work? thanks for any input.
