ok some of your post arent being specific, do you need special heads for gt-40 (non-P)?? i know you need them for gt40P but some of you rpost are missing the P so im getting confused of what your talking about

GT40Ps require your selection of headers to be more picky. Some long tubes work, some shorties work (Specifically, FMS shorties, Mac P shorties, and BBK unequal shorties WILL work with GT40Ps). GT40s will work with any header.

tough to say... which is why i went w. gt40s, not p's... now looking back, i have frpp shorties, so p's woulda been fine... not a big deal though...

best bet is going to be try them and see what happens... assuming you already have them

chances are you might be able to make them work w. 90deg boots if needed, and some sparkplug boot pretectors

They're on EBay for around $100 for the whole kit.

I'd prefer not to experiment on them!

I'm looking for a cheap set of shorties that will clear P heads.

just do it right... get lt's, or shorties that you KNOW will work
