idle problem

Default idle problem

I took out all emisions and ran a shorter belt, i cannot figure out while im at a idle my rpm goes from 600 to 900 (constantly fluctuating) i think its either a vacum or idle air control valve? How do you clean your idle air control valve if thats the problem?

vacuum line i would think. Did you plug all the lines from the smog pump?

yes but the lines going into the IAC could be switched around bc everytime i switch them the car runs diff. and i can here a loud suction shut off when i turn my car off
