4.6l got 30pds injectors (red) to what my fuel pressure should be set in the railing???

Always start with the stock presssure.
I am pretty sure the 4.6 still uses 38-41psi.

Make small changes from there...

You do have a cal'd MAF atleast, right.
Or are you doing it RIGHT and getting a tune?

Thanks for the respond, my fuel pressure was set to 35psi....put up to 38....its going really well like a killing machine.....going to be tune may 24th!!!!!
