GOING CARBED...GAS TANK QUESTION
I am going to carb my 88 Junk stang drag car when I put my 351 in it and I was wondering if I just need to get the pick up out of a older stang(years?? help please) that is carbed or do I need the whole tank?

you dont really need a tank, you just need a fuel pressure regulator on the pressured fuel line and run that at like 3 or 5 lbs right to your carb. Then,
plug the return line and your good

i just put a granatelli pickup and 1\2 alluminum line on minepickup 109.00 at jegs line 21.00 at jegs. granatelli, mallory, and paxton all make the pickup and the have 9\16 tube in them so you have plenty of room for mods[sm=gears.gif]

I was actuallyplanning onputting in a fuel cell down the road, just depends on the money when i start to build it. If it is going to cost me $100 for a pickup, I might just do it now to not waste money The car is going up on a rotisserie to get all the frame work, then will be caged...I have plans for this one.
