Autometer oil pressure gauge pegs 100 ?
 

I installed it today and put teflon tape on the senders threads and the adapter, ran a wire from the sender to the s port in the gauge, ran 12v to the i side of the gauge and then grounded the center port to a bolt on the fender. The gauge pegs 100psi when i turn the key to on and then when i crank it it registers 100 psi running. I measured resistance at the sender and its at 0.24 ohms. Has anyone had this happen to them?

it was the one that came with the package lol hopefully its the right one i think im gonna return it and get another one i think this one is defective.
